There are many amazing facts about women in our lives and their bodies.
A woman has a self-cleaning sexual internal organ, their muscles last longer than men, and their bodies are capable and more effective in fighting off diseases than men.
One of the consequences of this is that it can cause autoimmune disease in women being far more common than in men, but this happens most likely due to the female body having to be responsible for protecting the foetus as it grows within the female body.
The female body also has far more endurance than men meaning that, on average, they can go great distances; the female body also can endure far more hardship and has greater pain tolerance than men.
The reasons why the female body can cope with so much stress and pain are believed to be caused by the female body being optimised to cope with the trauma and the dangers of going through childbirth.
Childbirth before modern medicine and even with modern medicine was and is dangerous. In the United States today, about 15 women die in pregnancy or childbirth per 100,000 live births.
A century ago, it was more than 600 women per 100,000 births. In the 1600s and 1700s, the death rate was twice that: By some estimates, between 1 and 1.5 per cent of women giving birth died.
Note that the rate is per birth, so the lifetime risk of dying in childbirth was much higher, perhaps 4 per cent.

Why do Female Bodies Live Longer
There are multiple theories for why contemporary women in developed Global North Societies these are nations encompass the rich and powerful regions such as North America, Europe, and Australia.
Emmanuel Wallerstein created this definition to describe a global capitalist system that separates countries into the core (the North), semiperiphery, and periphery (the South) based primarily on their economic participation.
Women with female bodies in the global North live much longer than their male counterparts because women in those nations make better life choices and eat more healthily, which has led to them living, on average, 5 to 6 years longer than their male counterparts.
Another reason would be biological differences between men and women.
Men, on average, are about 15 per cent to 20 per cent larger than women.
Yet compared with other mammals, that margin is slim. New research suggests it was similarities among the males and females of our early ancestors — not differences — that helped early humans evolve to become the dominant species that we are.
Due to the size differences between biological males and biological females, with the male and average being larger than the female, it puts more pressure on the male heart and male limbs, which can cause them to have heart problems and knee and joint problems in later life.
It is these health conditions and the lack of mobility which can cause other health problems like obesity, diabetes and other health conditions which contribute to earlier deaths in the male population in comparison to women of female bodies.
For people reading this article, I must highlight this article focused predominantly on women who are born women and continue to identify as a woman just because people that are trans-male and trans-female have more complex health needs.
This complexity is because a trans-male and trans-female that goes through the physiological and hormonal changes necessary to make their bodies outwardly appeal male or appeal female requires a lifetime of medicalisation.
The data on these individuals is only now becoming more well-known because there hasn’t been a very high number of trans people with access to medical technology in our modern age.

Female Body and Sex
It has been discovered that the female immune system increases efficiency if a biological woman increases their sexual activity; primarily, penetrative sex between the male and female is vaginal sex happening 2 to 3 times per week.
By having more sexual activity being penetrative sex, a woman increases 30% more AG antibodies than women without sexual activity.
The female body also has a sexual organ designed purely for sexual stimulation called the clitoris. On average, in regards to penetrative sex, only 30% of the time, a woman engages in penetrative sex, and a woman experiences orgasm through that method.
Unfortunately, for some women, 10% will never have an orgasm by penetration. Still, there are positives because, through clitoris stimulation through the use of hands or the tongue, there is an almost guarantee of continuous orgasm.
There is also an orgasm gap between male and female bodies because, for a man, on average, it takes five minutes to reach an orgasm.
It can take much longer for women, with an average of 20 to 40 minutes, to get an orgasm.
The solutions for this orgasm gap are to engage in more foreplay and for both couples to actively participate in their sex lives because sex enjoyment comes through cooperation and communication.
So please be advised is best not to tell your partner that you are not sexually satisfied with them when they have just finished work and when you are engaged in an argument, for example, saying why don’t you go down on me any more?
The best time for both boyfriends, girlfriends, married couples or partners to talk about their relationship and sexual activity is when both people have the time to speak to each other and when both people are not stressed out through their working week.
The main theory for why the female has a clitoris is that when the foetus is being developed within the woman, the body will get instructions either to leave the clitoris as it is or turn the clitoris into a male penis.
The clitoris also continues to grow throughout a woman’s life.
By the time a woman reaches menopause, it is 3 to 4 times larger than when she started puberty, anywhere between the age of 9 to 13 years old. Some scientists have theorised that clitoris growth leads to far more satisfaction for women as they age due to their clitoris continuing to grow.

What is a Biological Female
The female body has a XX chromosome, and the male has an XY chromosome.
The Y chromosome is responsible for releasing testosterone, ensuring the female foetus will transform into a male-bodied person.
There are some circumstances where a female is born with an XY chromosome due to the Y chromosome, for some reason, not releasing the testosterone that changes a female foetus into a male foetus.
This is why in sporadic cases, women can be born with XY chromosomes. Another definition of a female body is by Dr Debra Soh, an ex-gender researcher and now journalist turned author.
In her book The End of Gender: Debunking the Myths About Sex and Identity in Our Society, it is the male and female gametes that identify people with male or female bodies, with the unisex being the minority.
The Gummies are male sperm, and the Gummies for women are the female eggs. Debra Soh uses this to identify the main differences between male and female-bodied persons.
The biological woman also has something unique: they tend to fall asleep earlier and rise earlier in the mornings; the female circadian rhythm tends to be much shorter than it is for their male counterparts.
The circadian rhythm, or circadian cycle, is a natural oscillation that repeats roughly every 24 hours. Circadian rhythms can refer to any process that originates within an organism and responds to the environment.
The biological day for a biological woman is an average of six minutes shorter than for biological males. That’s why an average women with female bodies tend to go to bed earlier and rise in the mornings earlier than the men.
